1. EXCHANGES. We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns for refund. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at azulgg94@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.

2. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be "open box" but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging.

3. RETURN SHIPPING. The customer will cover shipping costs for exchanging items.

4. DAMAGED ITEMS. With proof, any items that are damaged, have a printing error, or are sent incorrectly can be kept, and a new or correct item will be sent.
